Most of our orders go out within 24-48 hours of purchase on weekdays.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday 7 am -3:30 pm. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

We offer both standard and express shipping services.

Standard Shipping- 4-7 business days Complimentary Shipping for orders over $200

Express Shipping - 2 to 3 Business days Complimentary Express shipping for orders over $200

* During high frequency traffic periods (delivery and sale periods) please allow up to three - five business days for processing (picking and packing orders) on all deliveries including the express delivery options. Additionally, please note that orders placed with express shipping are always dispatched with priority.

* Shipping times may vary based on your location, with shorter delivery times for Metro areas, compared to rural areas. Please ensure you take these additional time considerations 

*Our head quarters is in Texas are central to most areas of the US.

At Holy One Clothing , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept eligible* items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, unused, and in sellable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Items returned with perfume or cologne odor will be deemed unsellable and denied a refund

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return/exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please also include the new item/size/color.

We typically respond within 1–2 business days  though most times during the week and on weekends. Please note, our team is off on holidays.
